Did You Know...
that if you file a lawsuit against somone or are a named party in a lawsuit that your blog is fair game? They can request-and you are required to provied-any diaries, journals, notes written and electronic. This includes blogs, myspaces, facebooks etc. Anywhere you have written and maintained information. When I'm posting to my other blog about work things, I think about that and I have to think about what I say. I'm not expecting any legal issues, but it's something I deal with every day so it's kind of always in my mind. I guess the only safe place to vent is in my mind. Just something to think about with today's sue happy mentality. *grumbles*

You can also vent to me any time you want, sweetheart. I'm a good listener most of the time. Indeed, when my I'm not making eye contact with you and instead have my eyes glued to either my MacBook, a book, or the T.V., I'm still listening. Really. >.>
Okay... even I will call bulls**t on that last statement, but I hope you realize that I will listen. Besides... I love my daily office drama updates.
